The Ovidius University of Constanța is a public higher education institution for MBBS in Romania established in 1961 and transformed into a comprehensive medical university in 1990. The university has study programs in natural and medical sciences, engineering and humanities, economic and social sciences, law and administrative sciences, and arts and theology.
